While on the Previnex 321 Program you will be getting high quality macro and micronutrients, and our low glycemic meals promote fullness and satiety. Why are high-glycemic foods bad?


Consuming a high-glycemic meal or snack spikes your blood sugar, causing your body to produce insulin, which then leads to a correction and crash of your blood sugar. When your blood sugar crashes, you get hungry, and crave another meal or snack. Over time, these rapid fluctuations in blood sugar cause you to keep eating, which causes your body to produce more and more insulin to address these blood sugar spikes. This results in insulin insensitivy. When you become insensitive to your own insulin, the result is that your body starts storing fat like a sponge, especially around your midsection. Until you reverse this insulin insensitivity, it is nearly impossible to lose weight and keep it off.


Eating our healthy, balanced, and clean meals every 2-3 hours, your body will enter into a moderate fat burning state, where instead of burning glucose and carbohydrates as your main energy source, you’ll burn fat, leading to safe and accelerated weight loss. Fat also happens to be a very efficient fuel for the body to burn, meaning increased energy while losing weight.

Lean & Green Meals are designed to provide a portion-controlled, balanced meal, while also teaching you how to prepare healthy meals going forward.

CHOOSING YOUR PROTEIN

For your Lean & Green 500 calorie meal, you will be choosing a lean protein and non-starchy vegetables. Each Lean and Green meal should be comprised of 5 to 7 ounces of a lean protein plus 3 servings of vegetables.

Depending on your schedule, this meal can be eaten at any time of the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, or in-between).

Exercise Programs Tailored to You

A critical aspect of any healthy lifestyle is exercise. Quite often, people want to incorporate exercise into their lives, but don’t know what to do, or at what levels. With the 3-2-1 Program you’ll have access to tailored exercise videos, tips and more developed by top certified personal trainers. Our training program is delivered to you at the optimal time, catered to your current fitness level.*

Whether you opt into our exercise program or exercise on your own, we recommend the following guidelines.

If you currently do not exercise... we recommend not exercising for the first 2 weeks on the 3-2-1 Program, while your body adjusts to a lower caloric intake. Once your body has adjusted, 30 minutes of moderate exercise/activity per day is recommended.
If you currently exercise... we recommend not exercising for the first two weeks on the 3-2-1 Program, and then no more than 60 minutes of moderate exercise/activity per day during the weight-loss phase (no less than 30 minutes per day is recommended).
Previnex recommends you consult your primary health care provider prior to beginning the 3-2-1 Program, and maintain contact with them throughout your weight-loss journey.
